APEC Water Refund and Returns Policy

At APEC Water, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Merchandise Return Procedure

  1. RMA Number: To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer support team at 1-800-880-4808 or [email protected]. Any products sent to APEC without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Packaging: Please repack the product in its original box or an equally sturdy container. Ensure that the item is packed in the same manner as it was received to prevent damage during shipping. Return all accessories and free items that were included with the original purchase.
  3. Return Address: Our customer support team will provide you with the APEC warehouse address to which you should return the merchandise.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect.

Refund Policies

  1. APEC Residential Reverse Osmosis Systems, Filters, Parts, and Basic Whole House Systems:
  • Full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling) if the system and filters, along with all installation hardware and accessories, are completely unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • 10% restocking fee if the system is unused but the item packaging is opened.
  • 15% to 45% restocking fee (depending on condition) if the system is unused but returned with missing parts or damage.
  • 50% restocking fee if the system has been used and is non-defective.
  1. APEC Premium Whole House Water Filtration/Conditioning Systems:
  • Full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling) if the system and media, along with all installation hardware and accessories, are completely unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • 50% restocking fee (depending on condition) if the system has been used, the item packaging is opened, or items are missing.
  1. APEC Commercial Reverse Osmosis Systems:
  • 50% restocking fee if the commercial system is standard, has not been used, and is returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Non-refundable if the commercial system has been used or is custom-built.
  1. APEC RO Water Cooler and Dispenser Systems:
  • Full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling) if the system and filters, along with all installation hardware and accessories, are completely unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • 50% restocking fee if the system has been used, is non-defective, the item packaging is opened, or items are missing.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item has already shipped, you may still return it for a full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling).

Refund Processing

All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned products. All packages will be inspected to determine the condition of the returned items.
